Though the training program participants increased their theoretical knowledge in the field of violence against women including domestic violence and the consequences from these two negative phenomena’s, abusive relationships, discrimination and gender prejudices and their effects, as well as ways of developing and planning ideas for initiatives to raise awareness for recognition of different forms of violence against women.

The basic idea for organizing the training is to increase the number of young people directly involved in combating violence against women through improving their knowledge for this issue and creating gender sensitive youth, which is the basis for creating a society with zero tolerance for violence against women as well as raising general awareness towards reduction of violence in the future.
